Brooklyn Bridge Park Signage Added Along Promenade

Friday morning, signage was installed along portions of the Brooklyn Heights Promenade railing, with descriptors of the Piers within view. Pier 5, for instance, at the south end, offers the architect, features of the area and (just for a giggle?), a completion date of Late Fall 2012.

Actor/Comic Jerry Brooks Buys Digs At One Brooklyn Bridge Park

Actor and stand-up comedian Jerry Brooks—better known as J.B. Smoove—has closed on an 843-square-foot, 1-bedroom condo at One Brooklyn Bridge Park. The loft-style unit, for which he paid $524,398, includes a home office. The deal was brokered by MNS. Brooks is perhaps best known for playing Leon on HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm”
