Brooklyn Heights Braces Itself for the Fourth

Much of Brooklyn Heights will be a “No Parking” zone from 11:00 p.m. Sunday, July 3 until 11:00 p.m. Monday, July 4th. Fourth Of July Fireworks On East River Again

Macy’s tells us that this year’s Fourth of July Fireworks will be launched from the East River again. Prime viewing locations will be the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the high floors or roof decks of any buildings with river views.

Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks on East River Again This Year

Brooklyn News 12 reports that the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks, which had been moved to the Hudson River side of Manhattan for several years, but returned to the East River side, facing Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO, last year, will be on the East River again this year.
