Terra Cotta Will Be Replaced at 111 Hicks Street

The 41 terra cotta pillars on the roof of 111 Hicks Street will be replaced with identical terra cotta replicas, according to an employee in the management office. The current roof work is being done under Landmarks Preservation specifications, said the employee.
