Community Board 2 advises us that there will be a fireworks display tomorrow (Sunday, October 2) starting at 7:00 p.m. in the East River near Pier 16, which is directly opposite Brooklyn Heights. It is not included in the list of legal fireworks displays approved by FDNY, so we don’t know who is sponsoring it.
