Park progress: twenty-third report

According to one of the Brooklyn Bridge Park Development Corporation staffers who accompanied the site tour your correspondent took on Tuesday, the circular outline near the northwest corner of Pier 1 will be a “tot park.” More photos and text follow the jump.
