Last week was pretty tame for crime in Brooklyn Heights, with no crimes reported on Halloween evening. However, an apartment break-in and a subway platform robbery top this week’s police blotter.
Gun Toting Thieves Reality vs. Hype: 84th Precinct Police Blotter – 10/27/09
After last week’s rash of robberies, there was a significant drop in thefts in Brooklyn Heights this week. First, an update on several crimes last week involving gun play. Despite hyperbolic Brooklyn-based tabloid reports, police officials said today that the three robberies involving gun-toting thieves were not linked.
