I see them on my street at least twice every day, walking en route to the Promenade. They are loud, but they're young, so cut them some slack.
Recognizeable by their right red t-shirts.

I wondered why that corner is so dangerous. Now I know. There have been so many pedestrians hurt there I am very strict with myself to wait for the walk signal. And pay close attention.
