Why is a group opposed to the blockage of the view of the bridge, one of the great ultra iconic scenes of New York suddenly bad guys? What?
And what is your interest in this matter? What harm of any kind is being done by this group and its activity?

By the way, the BBP is lucky it isn’t being sued by one of the casino crowd, they’re SO asset protected that no judgement/court assessment would stick….but of course that’s not going to happen with the BHA-casino types all endorsing or at least quietly rolling over on the park

Did anyone read the article in the Times about Montero’s possibly being sold and closed? I’m so sick of all the good old places that gave this neighborhood charm and character being closed to make room for more yuppies. Graffiti, panhandlers, and overturned garbage cans should be the least of our worries.

I have not been getting the BHB emails for a long time now. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know why? I tried rejoining, but the system says i am already a member.
