This coming weekend — late Friday evening, May 17 until early Monday morning, May 20 — the only planned change diectly affecting service at local stations is that the only late night/early morning service at Court Street or at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech will be Brooklyn bound N trains, as Manhattan bound N trains will be re-routed via the Q line between DeKalb Avenue and Canal Street, and R trains will not be running in either direction between Whitehall Street-South Ferry and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. All other lines serving local stations should, barring the unforseen, be running normally, except that 2 trains will be on a reduced schedule — every twelve minutes.
The following work week — Monday morning, May 20 through Friday evening, May 24 — late nights Monday to Tuesday through Thursday to Friday there will be no Brooklyn bound service at High Street, as Brooklyn bound A and C trains will be re-routed to the F line between West 4th Street-Washington Square and Jay Street-MetroTech. This means extra Brooklyn bound service at York Street in DUMBO. Late night Wednesday to Thursday there will only be Manhattan bound N train service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-routed to the Q line between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue, and R trains will not be running in either diretion between Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and Whitehall Street late nights both Wednesday to Thursday and Thursday to Friday. Late night Thursday to Friday there will be no service in either direction at these locations, as N trains going in both directions will be re-routed.
Keep in mind that the Cadman Plaza West entrance to the High Street staion will remain closed until “early summer.”
