Nabe Home Prices Still Rising

10deal.jpgNY Daily News: Boro Home Prices Still on the Rise: In Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope, two of the borough's snazziest neighborhoods, the average sale price rose by 10% to $672,170 in the third quarter compared with the same period a year ago, according to a report from the firm Brown Harris Stevens… Though prices are up, they're no longer rising at the stratospheric rates of a year ago, when third-quarter prices in Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope rose 35% compared with the same period in 2004.
