The borough of Brooklyn is bucking the trend of downward housing prices according to a report by the Real Estate Board of New York obtained by the NY Post. In addition Brooklyn Heights takes the crown for highest price for one and two family homes at an average of $3.1 million dollars each or $891 square foot.
