The Brooklyn Bridge is shut down in both directions Saturday afternoon as police report the presence of a jumper. A BHB reader reported talking to police while stranded in a cab on the bridge, and confirmed that cops are trying to talk down a man spotted pacing back and forth on the Manhattan tower of the bridge. Update: The man was talked down by NYPD.
