Late-Night Construction in Brooklyn Heights

This from a BHB reader: This picture depicts the scene at the corner of Pierrepont & Willow Streets at 10pm last night. The workers were approached by numerous people and asked to stop putting up the scaffolding. They refused, saying they had to finish the job and work through the night.
