This coming Tuesday evening, March 17, from 6:30 to 8:00, Brooklyn Heights resident author Elizabeth Gaffney will have a book talk about her novel, When the World Was Young, the story of a young woman growing up in the Heights in the middle of the twentieth century. The event will take place in the Brooklyn Heights Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, 280 Cadman Plaza West. It is free and open to all; books will be available for purchase and signing.
