From Notify NYC comes word that alternate side parking is suspended for tomorrow, Friday, January 14 and Sturday, January 15. The Brooklyn Heights Association advises us that garbage collection will resume tomorrow throughout the Heights, though the process may be slow and will likely continue into the night. Collection of recyclables for those living on or north of Joralemon Street, who normally have pickup on Wednesday, will be done tonight, although it may be continued into tomorrow. For those living south of Joralemon, pickup will be on your usual day, Monday, so you should wait until Sunday to put recyclables out.
