    Brooklyn Union Gas Company building is on Remsen and was part of the Saint Francis deal. That one is a landmark and is being retained by the developer. i think the new building at the Montague/Pierrepont TD bank site includes demolishing the adjacent building as well but I could be wrong.

    Then original Brooklyn Union Gas Company was on Remsen, but surely you remember when their offices were on Montague, and there was a display every Easter with ducklings in the window?

    Also, checked; that building, with the WeWork sign on it, is not going to be demolished. It contains numerous offices and a bank in the base.

    Yesterday I saw them moving in refrigerated display cases. Looks like work is ongoing.
