The only planned service change adversely affecting service at local stations this weekend – Late Friday evening, August 5 to early Monday morning, July 8 – is that there will be no Manhattan bound C train service at High Street, as Manhattan bound C trains will be diverted to the F line between Jay Street-MetroTech and 34th Street-Herald Square. A trains should be running normally in both directions. From Saturday morning, August 6 to Monday morning there will be extra Manhattan bound service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Manhattan bound N trains will be diverted to the R line.
The following work week – Monday morning, August 8 to early Friday evening, August 12, there will be no no late night 3 train service in either direction. For those traveling to or from Brooklyn, 2 trains will be making 3 stops between local stations and Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College and 4 trains will be making 3 stops between Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and New Lots Avenue.
These are the planned service changes directly affecting service at local stations. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
