Update: I hadn’t seen Mary Frost’s Eagle story when I posted this, but she kindly sent me a link. There will be a fireworks display tomorrow (Sunday, October 4) starting at 7:00 p.m. in the East River near Pier 16, which is directly opposite Brooklyn Heights.
