Eagle: 109 Montague Sold; Heights Books to Smith Street
The home of Heights Books, 109 Montague Street, has been sold for $3.7 million according the the Brooklyn Eagle. The bookstore will be relocating to Smith Street in March. The buyer, not named in the story, is a Brooklyn Heights resident. The Eagle reports that a food-based business may move into the bookstore space.
