The Brooklyn Heights Association’s annual house tour is this Saturday and according to an e-mail sent to members there’s still time to lend a hand. If you’re interested in volunteering full info is available after the jump.
Our House Tour is this coming Saturday, May 9th and we still need volunteers to stand in the houses and bakers to make cookies for the tea.
1) House volunteers are asked to take a shift, watching rooms to be sure there’s no touching or photo- taking etc, either from 11:45 am to 2:30 pm OR from 2:20-5:05 pm. Please reply to ahrussello@hotmail.com if you are available, indicating which shift you will do, and we’ll give you further instructions.
2) If you are a baker, would you please make 3-4 dozen of your favorite cookies (squares or bars) and deliver them a covered container to Plymouth Church, 75 Hicks Street on Friday from 8:30 am -2:30 pm or Saturday from 12 to 2. Be sure to put your name and address on the container if you wish it returned to you and so we can thank you!
This is the BHA’s principal fundraising event, and we are most grateful to all of you who pitch in to help!
