A Video Tour of Squibb Park or Everyone Wants to be Karl Junkersfeld

YouTube user “jkrspecnet” has posted a video walking tour of Squibb Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Ladies and gentlemen, this may be the first evidence we’ve seen of our own Karl Junkersfeld’s influence out in the wild. While this clip is a nice try, it doesn’t have the snap, krackle and pop of our man with a cam.

Now if only they wouldn’t padlock Squib Park so frequently – almost every morning I try to cut through to use the footbridge it’s closed to the public.
PS – Yes, Karl is the true Man with the Cam.

    Cut through with a blowtorch.

Thank you for posting this amateurish video by someone who doesn’t know how to edit. Good God, it took him six minutes to walk from Columbia Heights to arrive in BBP. I’m glad he got to read at least Dr. Squibb’s commemorative plaque, and maybe he’ll impart some information on the Pierhouse site and the park’s funding mechanism in one of his later videos (how many will it take for him to cover the entire park?).
    Three cheers for Karl!
