The Media Reports on the Media Not Paying Attention to Biviano’s NY Assembly Campaign

Brooklyn Heights resident and candidate for NYS Assembly Doug Biviano may not have Michael Moore’s heft as a documentarian but he makes his point about media interest in his and other challengers’ political campaigns in a web video posted earlier this week.   Now the media is picking up on Biviano’s not being covered…by the media.

Vote in our poll after the jump.

It’s been picked up by veteran NYC political columnist Azi Paybarah on his WNYC blog:

For Biv, picking an entertaining fight with the media would be a good way to raise his profile.

How he differs from Millman, and how electing him will change the state’s election law is, for now, unclear. Until, you know, somebody writes a story about him.

Politico notes that the NY Daily News, mentioned in the video for ignoring Biviano, has now reported on the video.

Well done, Doug. Biv for Brooklyn!

It’s hardly surprising that fat media won’t talk to you. When you point out that the emperor is naked, he doesn’t like it.

  • Obama?

Ms. Millman seems deeply embedded in the rampant Albany corruption. Perhaps it’s time for change.

Am I alone in noting the striking resemblance of Biviano to a younger Stevie Winwood? Dear Mr. Fantasy….

I will vote for Doug *only* if he doesn’t have someone knock on our door ant 10pm the night before the election. Promise you won’t do that, Doug?
