Well, the Henry Street cranes will fall soon. Maybe it will ruin that horrible landscaping job they’ve done in front of the towers.

Fulton Mall is a wonderful place. You always need tube socks.

Do you mean Clark Street? There was a lot of crane work on Clark that closed off the block from Hicks to Willow. Anyone know what’s up with that?

Hillside Dog Park has two new drinking fountains installed–just in time for the hot weather. The doggie fountain is on the ground, the human fountain is at the top of the fixture.

anon – you mean the Busy Chef is not world class? Blasphemy! Maybe he should get busy with cooking lessons? Or maybe he’s busy cooking the books?

Is the Fulton Mall really part of Brooklyn Heights? I have always considered it to be Downtown Brooklyn. Am I right?

Jason: you’re right. This blog aims to serve the people of Brooklyn Heights; in doing so, we post about things happening in other parts of Brooklyn (especially those close to the Heights) that may affect or be of interest to Heights residents.

I was just curious about the boundries of the Heights. I like the fact that the blog is not Heights centric. Has the Fulton Mall always been such a disaster? I’ve only been familar with it for the past ten years. Thanks.
