    this house was on the BHA house tour last May. It is on Willow Place off Joralemon Street and it was built as a carriage house. The renovation including the garden room must have cost several million dollars.

    Oh yeah – I saw that house on the tour. Unbelievably cool and beautiful and tasteful. Sliding walls divided kids’ rooms. Loved it. And yes: some money was involved….
