Brooklyn Bridge Park Signage Added Along Promenade
Friday morning, signage was installed along portions of the Brooklyn Heights Promenade railing, with descriptors of the Piers within view. Pier 5, for instance, at the south end, offers the architect, features of the area and (just for a giggle?), a completion date of Late Fall 2012.

Proposed BBP Fieldhouse Hires Greg Brooks As Exec Director
Greg J. Brooks has been appointed Executive Director of The New York City Fieldhouse, formed to oversee build-out of the new year-round indoor recreation facility near Pier 5 in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
