You seem to have lost the main thread of this conversation. The jackhammers per se are not the primary issue being addressed. It is the massive amount of development underway in our neighborhood that is the issue being discussed.

Ooh, those are nice. Too bad snow never sticks around much at Christmas time here. I wouldn’t mind a snowier scene now (in February, not so much).
