Flipping the first letter of the first word, “M” to a word beginning with a “W” and moving it to the end of the full name is textbook Germer.     I was one of the first people in the door of the warlock shop. He had pretty fresh herbs and most of the early survivalist s in the Heights rather than trek to Manhattan bought some of their natural medicine there. As far as his being testy, well that was only in the Manhattan store and that was only because of every faction of the local magickal world decided to make his store a factional battleground on an almost continuous basis. And the huge use of drugs…..well you had to see the amount of types who weren’t achieving any “higher consciousness” they were simply were “higher”. I used to get people telling they were going to hex me when I simply said drugs BLOCK sprituial development. Herman always agreed with that. Also, given his background, he had come to terms with me and my associates. So he had fair prices and he was fair with all the shading of viewpoints. Except when the factions tried to start contests of wills inside his store. If I told you who he had as guest speakers it would just set off a certain moron here so I’ll just say he was amazingly even handed.
