104 Willow Street Tops June Sales in Brooklyn

While it was placed on the market for $12 million in August, 104 Willow Street didn’t quite sell for asking but it did top all Brooklyn sales in June. The broker, Brown Harris Stevens had hoped to top 70 Willow Street’s sales record of $12 million.

TRD: A three-story, two-family house in Brooklyn Heights that sold for $10.6 million was the largest residential deal in Brooklyn last month, according to PropertyShark.
The 19th-century home at 104 Willow Street spans 4,540 square feet. The second-priciest sale was also a three-story house in Brooklyn Heights, at 19 Monroe Place, that closed for $6.8 million. Next is a three-story Park Slope townhouse at 105 Lincoln Place that sold for $4.4 million, according to PropertyShark.

At $2,334 per square foot, that must be a record, or close to it, for a home in Brooklyn Heights that is not located right on the promenade.
