On Sunday, I cut down all the “Frozen Zone – No Parking” signs on all of Pineapple Street, and then proceeded along the entire length of Columbia Heights all the way to Old Fulton Street, removing all the signs—which of course the NYPD couldn’t be bothered to remove. I also cut off and removed the “Police Line” tape connecting all the metal barriers on the Promenade, north of Pierrepont Street, and moved a bunch of the barriers so people could sit on the benches.

Anyone want to bet how long it will be before the NYPD gets around to removing the barriers?
