Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

On this Fourth of July weekend, there are no planned cancellations, route diversions, or station skips that directly affect service at any local stations. The following week (Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 11) each night between 11:45 p.m.and 5:00 a.m. A trains will be diverted to the F line between Jay Street-MetroTech and West 4th Street in Manhattan. This means no Manhattan bound service at High Street during these hours (the C train does not run late at night). To get to West 4th or stops above there in Manhattan, walk down the hill to the York Street stop in DUMBO, or over to Jay Street. To get to stops in Manhattan below West 4th, take the 2 (the 3 won’t be running in either direction during these late night hours) from Clark Street or Borough Hall.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender.
