A tipster just wrote: “This morning walking my dog I saw that three cars parked next to the Community Garden at the corner of Hicks/Poplar/Willow had side windows broken into … on the curbside of course!”
A visit to the scene of the crime revealed shards of glass all over the ground and one busted-in car remaining, with a towel covering the broken window. Could this be the work of the infamous DUMBO smasher, reportedly now back on the streets?
