Love Lane Mews In Brooklyn Heights Sells Out

Hot on the heels of the announcement that condos at the former Poplar Street Precinct will go on sale soon, comes word that another condo conversion has sold out. According to a presser from developer Manhattan Skyline the complex has sold its last remaining unit of $3.175 million:

“We are thrilled with the success of Love Lane Mews,” said Laurie Zucker, Principal at Manhattan Skyline. “Our buyers universally love the experience of living in a private home combined with the same great features and amenities only found in larger condominium buildings which we have provided to them on a boutique scale.”

The beautiful three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom duplex apartment with an over-sized den on the first floor completes sales at Love Lane. Spanning 3,442 square feet, the maisonette-style home sold for $3,175,000.

How about building a boutique school to go along with the boutique buildings?

Still liked it better as a parking garage. Miss Wiley, Hope and the rest of the guys. $3mill for the ground floor — are you serious?

Over $3 million for the first floor (is that street level) “maisonette” (whatever that is)??? Give that salesperson an extra bonus.

I guess people have realized what a wonderful spot Love Lane/College Place is!
Wish I knew what happened to all the guys–Hope especially!!

From my understanding the Wilpon’s (yes, the NY Met’s owners) were part owners in the garage and the guys were going to other garages they own throughout the city.
