Bill de Blasio had a Public Press Conference at 11:00 AM at the corner of Hicks and Pacific to announce new measures he submitted before Judge Demarest this morning to Save LICH.

They include: intervention on behalf of the community, to impose a constructive trust, and to immediately appoint a trustee, separate from SUNY, to oversee the activities of the hospital.

Those court actions were very time-sensitive, and could not be delayed. I hope the Library people will be forgiving of Bill de Blasio this time.
