Treefitti On Cranberry Street

Over the weekend, we spotted an interesting figure painted on a Cranberry Street tree. Mrs. Fink snapped this photo Monday night. So, what’s the deal? Brilliant art? Guerrilla marketing? Vandalism? Discuss.

    I think I’ll have to go with graffiti. What if everyone started painting the trees in BH?

    I believe it is sidewalk chalk.

    If it is paint, not only is it graffiti, it’s destruction of public property. Whoever did this, should be fined a hefty fee – after he or she has cleaned up the mess.

    It looks like chalk. The kids paint the sidewalks every day on my block on poplar. Sure, we don’t want our trees damaged or anything, and its the first time we’ve seen something like this, it should be gone next rain storm, if it isn’t already. If it’s paint – thats another story.
