If you’re hearing a lot of horn-honking coming from the BQE, Notify NYC explains why:
Due to a motor vehicle accident, all eastbound lanes of the Brooklyn Queens Expy are temporarily closed at the
Brooklyn Bridge (BK). Expect extensive delays and consider alternate routes.
Update: the easbound lanes have been re-opened but, says Notify NYC, “[e]xpect residual traffic delays.”
