Sen. Martin Connor and Daniel Squadron, candidates in the September 9 Democratic primary in the race for the 25th State Senate District will debate on tonight (September 3). Citizens Union, publishers of the Gotham Gazette, will host the event from 7pm – 9pm at St. Francis College’s Founders Hall [180 Remsen Street].
Unlike our colleagues in print who regularly endorse candidates and wield their subjective power via Op-Ed pages, BHB’s publisher and editorial staff will not. Rather, we will announce our BHB Reader’s Endorsement in this race tomorrow. Therefore, we encourage you to vote now in our reader poll as the result of that survey will determine our BHB Reader Endorsement in the State Senate Democratic Primary.
