Just now – tree down on Sidney Place

A 50-foot tree in the back yard of 34 Sidney Place was just uprooted by the post-Hurricane wind gusts and came crashing down on the back side of the building, causing some minor damage to the fraternity at 36 Sidney Place. Fire Dept is on the scene.

    3:30 PM; the wind was picking up and there’s been some additional rain.

    I lived there 20 yrs ago. Was a wonderful tree. But that frat house was noisier than Irene.
