Rosemary’s Baby Cancelled for Tonight

Because of weather, tonight’s scheduled showing of Rosemary’s Baby as part of the Syfy Movies with a View program at Brooklyn Bridge Park has been cancelled. Weather also caused cancellation of last Thursday’s scheduled screening of Spike Lee’s Crooklyn. You may vote to have one of these movies (or Dave Chapelle’s Block Party, Mad Hot Ballroom, or Man on Wire) be the last show of the season, to be screened next Thursday (cross your fingers for good weather), September 1, by going to the BBPC website.

    I loved the movie Rosemary’s Baby the funeral scene was shot in Port Washington at Nassau Knowles Cemetary producer and actor John Casevettes is a graduate of Port Washington Paul D. Schieber High School.

    Other scenes were filmed in the Dakota. This was a great film they dont make them like this anymore.

    I met Mia Farrow at an event years ago she is a lovely woman and SMART she was key-note speaker at a luncheon spoke on parenting issues.
