Once again, the 4 train ain’t running in Brooklyn, either way, so there’s no “Lex” service at Borough Hall. For service to lower Manhattan, use the A, C, F, 2, or 3, all of which are running normally into Manhattan. For service to the East Side above 14th Street, take the R to 14th Street/Union Square and change there for the uptown 4, which is running above the Brooklyn Bridge station. For service from here into Brooklyn at stops usually served by the 4, use the 2 or 3. The 3 is being extended to New Lots for the weekend. Brooklyn-bound A and C trains are being diverted over the F line from 4th Street in Manhattan to Jay Street/Metro Tech, but F trains are running normally in both directions. To get to High Street from 4th Street or above, take an A, C, or F from 4th to Jay Street and take a Manhattan-bound A or C back to High. To get to the Heights from lower Manhattan, use the 2, 3, or R.
