Maybe Staten Island Chuck was right this year: an early spring is on the way. Karl and cam have been wandering about finding evidence, both aural and visual, that this could be so. See the video after the jump.

    Wonderful early evocation of spring! I suggest last section was filmed from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade through the fence down to the East River showing sun reflected by the waves.
