Parking: Guess What?

Notify NYC sez:

The New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, has suspended Alternate Side Parking Regulations for Wednesday, January 5th through Saturday, January 8th to facilitate ongoing snow removal and trash collection. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.

Hmmm…the forecast for this weekend is for “possible light snow”. When did we last hear that?

The domino effect in quality of life matters continues. Less snow means we can finally start to get the trash picked up. But until the trash is picked up, the streets will remain dirty due to the lack of street cleaners.

Let’s just hope this can all get sorted out by the weekend. I love the Heights because it’s a pretty clean neighborhood but lately that reputation has been put to the test.
