The drifts on our deck are 4 feet high! We’re on Court/Atlantic. Holy blizzard!

I’ll be back tomorrow night. I’ll dig you out for the spot!! Any one interested?

Gee, Karl, thanks for all the help shoveling. Actually, that was nothing compared to the 2 hours I spent trying to free a Senegalese cab driver from a snow bank. The first thing he said when me and a neighbor finally pushed him to free ground was that he was going back home…and I don’t think he meant Queens.

Very poetic film. Parts of it look as if they were shot from our roof, or maybe overlooking it in warmth and dryness from a penthouse window. (I wouldn’t have wanted to be out roofskipping in this weather.)

It was a *great* day for shopping here, with so few other customers in the stores.

Hey, Karl, if you wake up early enough, see if you can get video of the genius double-stretch limo driver who managed to get his ride stuck in a snowbank at the intersection of Middagh and Hicks…in the wrong direction, no less. Yep, he somehow took a wrong turn at some point and drove up Hicks. Don’t know how they’ll plow Middagh with his prow stuck in the middle of it.

Superb video Karl…captures the mood perfectly. Brooklyn Heights looks great in the snow-a “Currier and Ives” ambiance. Thank you.

Well done. The sound of the wind towards the end is full-feature quality.

I’ll post a video shortly of an entire fire engine stuck on Columbia Place for hours last night…you could smell the burning tires 4 flights up.
