They also pose the question what will be easier once the condos are complete — sales or finding a parking space in Brooklyn Heights on weekends?

Interesting that the Love Lane parking garage remains open, sort of.
There’s a sign outside offering parking through 2pm. But funny. I didn’t notice any official city-required notices. And it’s cash only, no credit-cards.
I bet it is fully legal though, completely insured and in thorough compliance with all currently-required state and city permits, rules, requirements and paperwork.
