Brownstoner reports that construction on the Love Lane Condos is moving ahead. They’re particularly amused by the handpainted sign informing passersby that they can anonymously report unsafe working conditions at the site. They also pose the question what will be easier once the condos are complete — sales or finding a parking space in Brooklyn Heights on weekends?

Interesting that the Love Lane parking garage remains open, sort of.
There’s a sign outside offering parking through 2pm. But funny. I didn’t notice any official city-required notices. And it’s cash only, no credit-cards.
I bet it is fully legal though, completely insured and in thorough compliance with all currently-required state and city permits, rules, requirements and paperwork.
