Clark Street Promenade Entrance Partially Open

Apparently convinced that the sinkhole won’t suddenly expand and swallow passersby, the Parks Department folks have opened a narrow passage to allow entrance to and exit from the Promenade at Clark Street.

    Quite a light show from the promenade tonight around 8:30. You could see the storm rolling in over Manhattan for a good half hour. Some people looked a little too settled in there however…
