Welp, HQ is still galavanting what with the 86 Mets so here’s an item from our pals at the Brooklyn Paper:

Brooklyn Paper: A lowlife snatched the phone from a woman’s hand while she was at a playground near the Brooklyn Heights Promenade on June 8, officers reported.

The 23-year-old woman said she was on the playground near the corner of Columbia Heights and Pierrepont Street at 9:15 pm, when the fleet-footed cretin crept up from behind and grabbed the phone from her hand. The villain took off on foot down Columbia Heights towards Clark Street, cops said.
