Curbed reports that the asking price for 29 Grace Court has been reduced to $5.95 million from $6.2 million. It’s currently a four family building, but Brian Lehner’s Brown Harris Stevens listing touts that it can be “easily” restored to a single family home. Think this new price is the sweet spot?
