Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Nearby

This weekend — late Friday evening, July 29 to early Monday morning, August 1 — the only planned service change directly and negatively affecting service at any local station is that there will be no Brooklyn bound C train service at High Street, as C trains will be diverted to the F line from 34th Street-Herald Square to Jay Street-MetroTech. A trains should be running normally. From Saturday morning, July 23 to Monday morning there will be extra Manhattan bound service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Manhattan bound N trains will be diverted to the R line.

The following work week — late nights Monday, August 1 to Friday, August 5 — there will be no Manhattan bound service at High Street, as A and C trains will be diverted to the F line between Jay Street-MetroTech and West 4th Street-Washington Square.

These are the planned service changes directly affecting service at local stations. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
