I walked by on Sunday and noticed an official sign saying the water was turned off on the 16th. Coupled with no construction in the last few weeks, I wonder What’s Going On…

Just to “correct” (a la cuisine) any undue negativity, the owners (like the previous ones, I suspect) are PROS. Not only do they get almost everything that isn’t crazy hard (esp. for a new place) right, but they’ve done something neatly innovative that addresses a high-inflation-time and “post-Covid” one – “sticker shock.”

By offering an above average number of dishes at very different price points (true, small plates are not everyone’s cup of tea), they let you get out and enjoy a meal out without spending way more than you’d like.

Thanks for that “tip” about walk-ins, hard to believe as it is.

I guess I wonder why they chose to name it as they did – not the Inga part!

That was due to the construction work at the corner of Columbia Heights and Cranberry. There was a water main break that has been getting repaired. So, the water was turned off intermittently last week.
