Although a sidewalk bridge covering the Montague Street Promenade entrance prevents a tree lighting ceremony with carols there this year, we can take comfort because the Brooklyn Youth Chorus will be singing 0n the plaza in front of Borough Hall at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, preparatory to the ceremony and lighting of the Borough Hall tree (photo, Downtown Brooklyn Partnership).
