The milder weather seems to bring out the crazies and boorish people on the streets of the Heights.

Within five minutes encountered a woman using the sidewalk as her kleenex (eww). Then, a man who decides to let his dog, on leash, dart across the Remsen St. sidewalk, blocking my way. Doesn’t say excuse me or sorry, just stands there and lets his dog do his business. I’m a dog-lover but come on – not cool!

I notice Heights Kids, 154 Montague Street, is in the process of closing. Big piles of stuff for sale cheap on the sidewalk in front when I passed by today.
